Where can I get a registration form?

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can send in a school purchase order, check, or money order payable to “National-Louis University.”

How can I send in the registration form?

How do I make hotel reservations for the conference? What is the room cost?

To make a room reservation at the Renaissance Schaumburg, please call 1-800-468-3571 or visit www.renaissanceschaumburg.com.

Specify the group code REAREAA to obtain the conference rate for single or double and REAREAJ for the triple rate.

Conference Rate: $139/night for single occupancy or $149/double and $159/triple

When I arrive, where shall I go to check-in and get my registration materials?

The conference registration desk is located on the First Floor across from the Schaumburg Ballroom..

Registration will be open on Wednesday 5:00-8:00 p.m. and will re-open on Thursday at 7:30 a.m. 

Are any meals included with the registration?

A continental breakfast will be served on both Thursday (7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.)

and Friday (7:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m.).

Lunch will be served on both Thursday and Friday, as well.

CPDUs

Our conference offers 5 CPDUs (for each full day of attendance) to eligible Illinois-certified teachers who are working on their certificate renewal.  Please visit the CPDU table (main floor) prior to the beginning of the conference to obtain the forms.  At the end of each day, return to the CPDU table and submit the completed attendance form and evaluation form and you will be given the Evidence of Completion certificate.

 

Graduate Credit

Graduate workshop elective credit (one hour) is available through National-Louis University.  The course requirements include:

   - full two-day conference attendance

   - Sign-in at the graduate Credit Desk on Thursday and Friday for further information and updates

   - class readings and a reflective journal project

   - attendance at a post-conference meeting Friday, January 18 at 3:30
